Produce & Assemble:
We produce according to your design. We ship, and we assemble on your foundation. Usually we build including inside and outside doors, windows, staircases, full outside finishing.
Building Permit:
We generate all necessary documents (drawings, static calcs, energy requirements, ventilation requirements, ground research, compliance docs) and obtain your building permit.
Initial Design:
We create your design. Using CAD-systems we transform your ideas into a full 3D-visualization of your future house.
Foundation:
We construct your foundation. This includes earth works, plot preparation, geo-measurements.
Site Facilities:
We provide water and electricity, fences around your building site, a toilet, waste containers, scaffolding, cranes, Manitou, storage container, and anything else you need to actually build.
We do not:
- install electricity
- install water/plumbing
- install heating & ventilation.
